According to this morning's Philadelphia Inquirer business page, Starbucks is not doing very well. In fact they will be opening up 350 LESS stores this
year than originally planned.
Does this affect the one scheduled for the Fountain Inn location? |

Well they certainly won't be getting any business from me! But, it looks like plans are still going ahead for the starbucks...

If I wanted burnt coffee, I would go to Starbucks. But since I don't, I'll stick with Artisan's.

I think it's less an issue of Starbucks not doing well, and more likely a strategy of slower growth to ensure long-term financial stability for
shareholders...
But where's the Fountain Inn? I'm relatively new to the area and am not familiar with that site... |

The Fountain Inn is(was) at the intersection of Bridge St. and Nutt Rd (rte. 23)

The only way a Starbucks will survive in that location is if they have a drive through and open really early in the morning. Otherwise Artisan's will
continue to reign!!
