Wondering what the locals on here would think of a falafel place also offering great fresh-cut fries and a salad/topping bar opening on Bridge? Is the town
'ready' for such a place? Do you think there is enough foot traffic to sustain it? Thanks for your opinions!

I was just saying that I hadn't had falafel in a long time. And fresh-cut fries are always delicious. I'll be there

Falafels in Phoenixville, or anywhere nearby, would be awesome. That pizza place in the Giant plaza sells Falafels, but I didn't like it at all ... it was
weird, using a spinach mix. Also love to get Shwarmas. The best food I've ever eaten in a restaurant was at a Lebonese restaurant. There are a hundred
places to get fries, so I'd say focus on middle-eastern food only.
